Scar Zone Cream By numero9 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Getting rid of post-surgery scars or at least making them appear less unsightly can be a real struggle. Furthermore, there are so many products that one can be lost looking for salvation. I tried a myriad of scar-fading products, and I was quite pleased with the results from the ScarZone cream. The primary ingredients in ScarZone are a combination of sunscreens, which protects the scar from appearing darker due the sun's UV rays. Furthermore, the scar-combating ingredient in ScarZone is silicone. This helps the scarred area rebuild its collagen and keep the scar moist – which is of the utmost importance. ScarZone works with new and old scars, but I think it's best to handle the scar as soon as you get it. I haven't tested it myself with old scars, yet. It is also important to massage the product into your scar for 2-3 minutes, as directed by the tube. Overall, I think with proper use and dedication, ScarZone has really helped in aiding my scar to heal.
