Schwin 203 Recumbant Exercise Bike By okyots on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I bought this bike about a year ago and it's a very nice addition to any home gym. It comes disassembled and I recommend that 2 people put it together. The directions are pretty easy to understand, but it takes a long time if you put it together by yourself! It has a digital display with different workouts you can do. Some rides increase resistance at certain intervals, but I mainly use the manual workout. That starts at the lowest level and you can increase the resistance as needed. I usually put it on the 2nd resistance level and it's a good workout. There are 6 resistance levels and the top one you can barely move the pedals! The seat adjusts so you can get a good feel and fit to where your legs need to be on the pedals. It also has a heartrate monitor, speed, rpm, time left and calories burned. It's nice to see how many calories you're burning. If you want a nice, inexpensive exercise bike, I recommend the Schwin 203.
