Scrubbing Bubbles for Your Toilet

The first time I installed a Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleaning Gel flower on the inside of one of our toilet bowlsI just stared and thought, well, this was going down the toilet when I flush.But no, it stayed put and it made the bathroom smell like I had been cleaning it all day. I was impressed to say the least.

Scrubbing Bubbles, a product of S.C. Johnson & Sons is a nice way to extend the time in between cleaning the toilet, not a job I like doing.The box says a disc will last 7 days but since there are only two people in our household using the toilet and I'm not home all day it tends to last 2 weeks or until the gel is almost gone.

A box of Scrubbing Bubbles comes with a dispenser and 6 gel discs so a box will last me almost 3 months.Start with a clean toilet and in between I use a cleaning brush before installing another gel disc.

Scrubbing Bubbles is easy to install, trust me.There are holes in the dispenser, one for each disc.When you start out you align the large button with the first hole until it snaps into place.Remove the cover.Find a spot on the side of the toilet bowl under the rim and put the end of the dispenser up against it.You then press against the toilet while pushing in on the button until it hits the next hole in the dispenser.When it clicks into place, pull the dispenser back and you will have a gel flower disc ready to clean your toilet and refresh the smell in your bathroom.Replace the cover and store until you need to use it again.The dispenser is disposable after you install the last disc so be sure and add a new box of Scrubbing Bubbles to your grocery list at that time.

I really like using the Scrubbing Bubbles cleaner and don't miss the old type of cleaners, the one's you had to put in your toilet tank or hang from the side of your toilet, disgusting now that I think of it.
