I had seen the Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Gel on tv and thought maybe it was worth a shot. I have hard water which tends to stain, so I was hopeful that this stuff would keep the mineral stains down. So, when I spotted it at Target, it looked simple to use and I'm all for simple.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was of putting this into your toilet bowl. First of all, clean your toilet bowl as you normally would. Then, you take the two pieces of the applicator out of the box, snap them together, place the applicator close to the rim, and push until you hear it snap. Pull the applicator straight back and the gel stays there in a sort of flowery pattern. And it's been there for four days now and has kept the stains away!

Each application lasts a week and there are six applications. There's a lid to snap on to keep the gel fresh between applications. I do believe mine will last the full week from how slowly it is dissolving. This may differ for a bigger family who flush many times a day.

The only downside I could see is that I would've liked the scent to be stronger. It's very mild and almost unnoticable.

I will be buying this again. The stain fighter is a much better incentive for me to buy it than to not buy it because the scent is too mild.
