My cell suit takes good care of my iPod while I'm running. The arm band fits snugly around my upper arm and gives me quick access to my music while I'm running without interrupting my workout. There is a clear window that allows me to see what track is currently playing. There is also a window covering the touchpad that still transmits my commands through to the touch pad while the covering is on. It protects from sweat and dirt that may have otherwise gotten to my ipod but still allows me unfettered access to all features. It has a cutout to allow headphones to be plugged in and you only have to unsnap the bottom to get to the charging port. It fits very well on the ipod and never gets in the way. I would highly recommend this product for use during weight lifting or running activities.
