Sea Breeze Actives
By dreamsarepoetry onFor the past few years, my mother and I have used astringent by Sea Breeze. Each time we've used their skin care products, we've achieved a good result. Our latest Sea Breeze astringent bought is Sea Breeze Actives.
Actives is an "oil control formula that treats and prevents breakouts," and while I don't get breakouts often, this astringent is excellent. It gets rid of even the occasionally tough blackheads and pimples. So far, it's also prevented more from forming due to its deeply cleansing nature.
The only potential problems I've noticed are the drying effect and a burning sensation. The drying effect is easily combated with a good moisturizer and moderate usage. The burning sensation, while it might be associated with sensitive skin, is easily alleviated with ventilation and direct air. All Sea Breeze astringents carry some kind of tingingling or burning sensation that I've tried, whcih is a sign of the deep cleaning.
Overall, I recommend this product and brand for everyone who wishes to maintain clean, healthy skin.

Astrigent normally contains alcohol.That is why you feel the drying effect. It removes the oil on your skin. Even though drying out acne,your agitated skin will provide more oil to replace the oil removed by Sea Breeze
