We have been sleeping on the Select Comfort Sleep number bed for about 3 years now. We purchased this bed when we realized my husband needed a much firmer mattress then I did. We knew this would allow is both to have the firmness we liked. The bed was delivered to our door in boxes, my husband had to put it together which wasnt too hard. The first night I slept on the bed was like heaven. I had not slept that well in many years. I really love the comfort of the bed. It is nice to be able to change the firmness anytime you would like. The bad thing about the bed is after 3 years we have already had problems with the matress top and wearing a whole through it, and the foarm pieces getting riped. We contacted the company and although it is still under warranty we have to pay 25 percent of the cost of the replacement parts. We also have to pay to have the mattress top piece sent back which is not cheap. The total for us was between 300 and 400 dollars. I was not happy that these things did not last longer and the warranty was not better. Overall I still love the bed because I get a great nights sleep on it, but wish the products and warranty were better.
