Senseo: Average Coffee At Incredible Convenience By Occido on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

As a university student, I never have enough time or enough sleep. As such, I rarely have enough energy to make it through the day. As more sleep would take out of my already limited time, caffeine is the only alternative that allows me to stay awake through class.

With time already established as a limited resource, when I need caffeine, I need it fast. I don't have time to go to a coffee shop or to brew a pot of coffee in my room. I need it sometime between falling out of bed, brushing my teeth, and throwing on my clothes. In this, the Senseo Coffee Machine works perfectly.

Using the relatively new system of pod coffee, I pour water in the tank, place the pod in the machine, and press go. Before I can get out door, I have a freshly brewed 4 or 8 oz. cup of coffee to take with me.

Admittedly, the coffee isn't the greatest, but it is good enough that I can drink it black without a grimace on my face. There is a pretty good selection of flavors as well if you get tired of medium roast.

All in all, the Senseo gives a pretty good cup of coffee in less than two minutes total, which for somone with a limited schedule is can't be beaten.
