It's winter in the North Country, and dry chapped lips are just one of the ways I know this.In search of something just a little nicer than Chapstick, I found Sephora Professionel "Most Complete" Lip Balm at the unbelievably low price of $2.The 0.26 ounce pot seems to hold just as much product as a tube of balm, and this is really great stuff.
It contains Vitamin E, mango butter, soybean sterols, sun screen factors, and menthol, among other things, and has a light, fresh, slightly fruity scent.I put it on with a fingertip, although I could use a brush, and my lips feel softer and slightly tingly: it also has a plumping effect.I use it before applying lipstick or lipgloss in the morning and throughout the day, and make sure to apply some just before bed (after brushing my teeth) too.I keep one at home, and one in my purse.
With its great moisturizers and the sunscreen, Sephora's Professionel Lip Balm is just as useful in the summer as it is in the winter.At the $2 price, it makes a great Christmas stocking, and a guilt-free present for yourself.
