A hidden place amongst a developing world comes Alta. No it is not a beach resort, this I would recommend to those people who wants to do soul searching. Peaceful, calm, quite. I would want to come in this place if I want to be alone and think things through.

Tired of all your qualms in life and perhaps just for once you wouldn't want to think of anything else but yourself? Then stow away in this place. The greeneries seems to bring you in a new world not to mention the octagon-shaped rooms. You can opt on a relaxing massage brought by Mactan Therapeutic, guaranteed to sooth your nerves.

The place has a mini zoo and a bridge where you can sight see the locals residing beside the resort. The theme of the place is jungle so expect murals of jungle animals near the pool side. It is also equipped with a bar where you can sing your heart out through the karaoke machine or play billiards and table tennis. You can even unwind in the jacuzzi situated beside the swimming pool.

The place however has its flaws, it is not as well maintained as other 4 star resorts so it would be best to visit their friendly staff for assistance.
