Though forever 21 has not been open long in the mall I shop at, I am already in love with it. It is filled with beatiful merchandise that is created to fit many different figures and it is guaranteed that you will find something you like. The top in question is a black cotton flow top with satin roses down the chest and it is netted over the roses. The neck goes up to your throat. This top is very sexy and is nice for woman with various figures. It can be worn with nice jeans or black tights - preferably accompanied with black boots. The material is very stretchy and flows over your stomach - perfect if you are trying to look slimmer. The top ends with an elastic at the bottom that hold the fabric to your body. The roses on the top are fashioned from a satin fabric and look elegant and seductive as it goes between your breasts. For 15 dollars, this is a great buy!
