Sexy Walking Aid Seeks Person With Disability By Andy Black on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I have a physical disability and my physician recommends that I use a walking aid (code for "cane") to take pressure off my back and hips. I used a cane for two years, but it was very inconvenient when riding the bus, going through turnstiles, going through fast queues, and other urban pitfalls. I never had enough hands to keep up the pace until I discovered the WalkEasy.
It has made my life magic again. First, the cuff makes it easy to use both hands without needing to find a place to prop or place my cane. I can easily grab the door with my cane-side hand when my other arm is full of books without breaking my stride. Moreover, it is hot. Yes. Sexy.
For a long time, I was trying to find a cane with just the right amount of pizza: that is to say, a lot. Unfortunately, this endeavor was mostly unsuccessful. At one point, I considered investing in sparkly tape to wrap around my stick. Of course, then I found the WalkEasy crutch collection with a wide variety of bright colors to fit any lifestyle. They're solids, but I can live with that. I get TONS of compliments. My friends tell me it makes me look even more fashionable.
