These are one of the coolest toy cars I have seen! Especially for the little guys! My son got a couple for his one year birthday. One of the characters he got is "Ramone" from the Disney Pixar " Cars" movie. It's bright yellow with a purple streal and some flames going down the side of the car.
Ok, so the cool thing about the "Shake'n Go " line is that you pick them up...shake them...(they make noise like they are firing up their engines while you are shaking them) then you set them on the ground..the car then says a little phrase (in characters voice from the movie) and takes off across the floor! The longer you shake it...the farther it goes! They go up to 20 feet! And they really go!!!
My son LOVES these! I have to admit that Daddy and I enjoy them as well! LOL! It is funny to watch my son chase them all over the house as they go!They work best of course on a hard floor, they do however work on our carpet as well.They require 3 AA batteries and the packaging says they are recommended for ages 3-7 years. I don't see any small parts that can come off easily and they have a nice sturdy build.
Fisher Price makes these and a bunch of other character as well in this Shake'n Go line, NOT just from the Cars movie either...they have
Nickeloden, Dragsters,Nascar,Superfriends,these Big wheel monster truck looking things as well as a BUNCH more. I have included a link to the website so that you can have a look at the different models.
I would totally recommend these Shake'n Go Cars for your little guy (or girl) they are just way to entertaining and fun!
