A few weeks ago, I was sitting in the car waiting for my husband to come out of Best Buy (my son had fallen asleep in the car). I was bored and decided to break out my lap top and see if I could surf the web while I waited. Lucky for me there was wireless access for somewhere around me…not sure where. I found this site of FREE flash games.
I was looking for a Mahjong type game but found this really addicting Shamrock Shatter game instead. I've played a similar game before on my telephone actually. But instead of little colored circles, these are different color shamrocks. The object is to click on groups of 3 or more and they will disappear. Every second or so, a new row comes up from the bottom and the shamrocks move up. If ANY column reaches the top, the game is over. I must have played it a hundred times before my husband came back. I was determined that, at least on the easy level, I was going to get a good score:0)
So, if you are bored, give this game a shot…time passed pretty quick for me!

I am sorry to hear that the game is not that good but you gave me a great idea to bring my laptop with me in the car. I can't tell you how many times I have sat there with nothing to do because of a sleeping or grumpy child, thanks.

This sounds very similar to a game that I have only tried as a demo. I think it's a fun way to pass the time. Looks like you had some extra time...what was he shopping for? LOL
I've played this game online and really enjoyed it. It IS engrossing and sure helps occupy your mind when waiting for someone

I like games like this also when I don't have other things to do or when I'm not feeling good. This one sounds similar to those on Pogo. They are addictive but fun!
I hate it when I get addicted to games. I guess it means it is a good game though.
