My sister-in-law is an occupational therapist and works with children. She bought this for my baby and said it is one of the best developmental toys. She said the baby should be able to get the circle in the spot at age 1. She was right on.
The cookie jar is so cute. You can turn it on to shape or numbers. As you put the piece in, it will say the shape or number. It is also cute because it will say, "Yummy" sometimes.
My kids have enjoyed this toy and like that it talks. My son grew tired of this toy quickly and did not play with it a lot. My daughter has been playing with it for over a year now. My only complaint is that the pieces sometimes get lost around the house.
