Sharebuilder:to stcok or not to stock
By nitephoenix onI have no experience in investing or stocks of any sort. All I know about investing is the little I learned from work related 401k.
I received a great review on a website called sharebuilder.com. The review stated the ease of the service as well as the flexibility of use. The review was made by an inexeprience user as myself.
I decided to take a look. after surfing around the website I decided to try it out. I love the no fee basicaccount they have. This worked out perfect since I really didn't want to invest more that I needed to.
The service works like this. The basic plan offers the following: No miminums, auto investments, real-time trades, express funding, Guidance on investments, Options trading. The other plans, which are service fee based, offer lots more like, gain and loss tracking.
I settled on the basic plan, this allowed me to do some reaserach on a few investment options, plus when I signed up for the auto investing plan they asked a few questions as to how conservative or aggressive I wanted to be on gains and with this info they set up a portfolio for me to based on the info.
I have no complaints, its easy to use, easy to understand and has great tools.
The auto invest plan lets you invest a minimum of fifty dollars a month into which ever stock or bonds you choose. Its worth a glimpse. I highly recommend it.

Oops a little spell check in the title. It is a shame we can't edit them.
My ex husband used this site all the time and highly recommends it. I am a little nervous about getting into stocks, but sounds like I should check this out. Thanks
I belong to Sharebuilder. I love that you can invest as much as you want and they don't kill you on the transaction fees. If your new to the stockmaret I would suggest taking a look at this company.
ShareBuilder is part of ING Bank now and that only strengthens its fiscal soundness and credibility. It is a great site for beginning investors.
Thanks for sharing. It sounds like a good program for a beginner.
Have you made any money with it? :) I like the fact that you don't have to know much about stocks to try this, sounds great for a beginner.
This sounds right up my alley-I will have to take a look at this!
Happy for you that you have found an easy to use, easy to understand and great tools to help you to invest in stocks.
