Shark Steamer By kateri27 on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I tried out the Scunci and was unimpressed. I was pleasantly suprised by the Shark Steamer. It has fewer attachments then the Scunci, but I never used all the attachments of my Scunci anyway. It also does not have that nifty carrying bag, but for $20 less I love it!

My only complaint is that the steamer seems to shoot out a little too much water. I wanted it to be pure steam, but their is a definate stream of water that comes out.

On the plus side it has an instruction manual that tells you how to clean the scunci to avoid that awful build up that ruins these machines.

I have actually had a lot of sucess cleaning grout and gunk off stoves and refridgerators. I am mildly obsessed with using it every day to clean something. All and all I am really happy that I got over my bad scunci experieence and went on to purchase this!
