So, you tear open the box imagining how you can now take your digital pictures with you in your new very portable digital picture frame from Sharper Image. Excitement turns into frustration when you go through the install process and your computer does not recognize the device (even after repeated attempts). Then you realize how limiting the support documentation. On one answers at the support telephone number you are to call and while you are computer savvy, this simple little 2 inch by 2 inch piece of plastic stumps you. After all other options are exhausted, you are stuck as to if you should return the ever so thoughtful gift, or keep it and make excuses on why you are not carrying it. I recommend you DO NOT buy this for yourself or others.

I hate when a product doesn't live up to what you expect, but when it doesn't I always return the product. Hope you got your money back too!
My kids bought me one for Christmas. Mine turned out a little better, its not sharper image but had the same problem trying to figure out how to get the pictures in there. Finally did but was frustrating! Thanks
Sorry to hear your digital picture key chain isn't working for you. I got one for my Dad, I forget where I got it from but it worked out wonderfully and I was able to upload pictures onto it before I even gave it to him. Hopefully the next one you buy will work out better!
