Sharper Image Mini Step and Flex

If you don't have room for alot of exercise equipment in your home or office, I suggest you get this Mini Step and Flex machine.It's really compact and believe it or not, it gives you a great workout.

You can attach the single bar to the machine or use the two handles.Either way, you can work your upper body at the same time you step into shape.

On the top of the stepper is an LCD screen to show you how many steps you have taken.It also shows you how many calories you have burned.I like this LCD screen readout because it's a great motivator!

This mini stepper will hold up to 200 pounds.I really like the extra wide foot pedals.Sometimes stepper machine pedals are too small for my feet.

I love that I can store this stepper anywhere.I keep mine in the closet or under the bed when not in use.It is great to use while watching television too.Jump on it when there is a commercial instead of running to the refrigerator for a snack!
