Sharpie Retractable Markers
By uaezarb onI picked up a couple of packs of these markers at my local Office Max because I had an online coupon to get these for only $2 a pack!I didn't know until I got to the store, that they are regularly priced at $22!I would have to say I never would have bought them at that price, but it was nice getting such a great bargain. I didn't even know they made retractable markers until seeing this coupon.I just love them! What a great idea! They are just like regular sharpie markers, except they have a click top, like a ballpoint pen. When you click the top it opens a tiny flap at the tip of the pen and allows the marker to come out. When you click it again the marker retracts and the flap closes to keep the ink from drying out.How cool is that?
The ink is permanent, nontoxic and quick drying. The fine point pack of 12 comes in the colors of aqua, berry, black, blue, green, lime, navy, orange, plum, purple, red and turquoise.

I love sharpies! I wonder if this really keeps them from drying out as well as a cap?
I love Sharpies! I will have to try these
Wow! You got one heck of a deal on those. I have bought them before and paid full price. It would be nice to get a hefty coupon savings on them.
I love these! Sometimes I find myself clicking them just for fun! :-)
I love Sharpies, and I've never heard about retractable ones, either. Great bargain, too! :)
I need these! My kids are always loosing the tops to my sharpies! With these I wouldn't have to worry about that:0)
I've never heard of retractable Sharpies before and I thought I was the Sharpie Queen! (Around the office anyway...) I'm going to order these on our next stationery order. Muhahahah!
wow, $2 for a pack of sharpies?! I'm so jealous!
What a bargain! I LOVE Sharpies! I was introduced to them some years ago when I was doing Cub Scouts. It was the best way to mark just about any material with the boys names to keep track of what belonged to who. Your mention of the clicky tops reminds me of an episode of Scrubs about clicky tops vs twisty bottoms... haha!
When I saw that Sharpies had come out with a retractable, I cheered. That's been the missing element all along! This way, the lid doesn't get lost, and the ink doesn't dry out. Besides that you only need one hand now. Love it!
