Sheep Manure Is The Best! By DeDee on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I purchased this fertilizer to help our garden grow healthier. I find that sheep manure is the best for healthier looking plant, flowers and even our vegetable garden.

We rotatilled our vegetable garden. Then mixed in this sheep manure. We have always had the best healthiest looking gardens. Our food looks great. We have had family and friends compliment our garden for years.

My father in law swore by it and we tried it and now we sear by it too. We use this in all our gardens and they are all doing wonderful. I have never had a green thumb. Know I know why I wasn't using the right stuff.

This stuff doesn't really have an odor. But it is messy when using it. My husband and I get right in there on our hands and knees spreading it into the garden soils. But it washes off easy enough.

I will not use anything but this sheep manure. I know it is the best and nothing else will do.

I owned a few sheep back in the day. I never thought about banking off of the poop, lol.

Not a gardener. But my mom loves to garden, and she uses goat poop (yuck!) as fertilizer.

I am not gonna lie, never thought that one poop would be better than another. I will take your word for it though!

Rabbit manure is great too. :-) Cow manure... no... not unless it has been aged for awhile. Notes: from a former-farmgirl
