I color my hair and had started finding that years of bleaching and coloring had started leaving my hair dried out and dull looking. I saw an ad for John Freida's Sheer Blonde Highlight Activating Moisturizing Shampoo with Light Enhancers.

I noticed within about a week that my hair started looking shinier and less brittle and dry. The color was looking better, too. It leaves my hair feeling smooth, too. I now feel that my hair is considerably healthier and looks much better.

I wash my hair every other day and find that's suffiecient to maintain a clean head of hair without looking over moisturized. I don't find the need to use any additional hair conditioning products with this shampoo.
