I noticed within about a week that my hair started looking shinier and less brittle and dry.The color was looking better, too.It leaves my hair feeling smooth, too.I now feel that my hair is considerably healthier and looks much better.

I wash my hair every other day and find that's suffiecient to maintain a clean head of hair without looking over moisturized.I don't find the need to use any additional hair conditioning products with this shampoo.
