After getting my Wii, I learned that there were a bunch of shooter games out there. Toy Story Mania, hunting games etc were all something I had a interest in. So I decided I'd go looking for a gun adapter.

To my surprise my local Family Dollar started to carry these. I looked at it and at the price of $5 I couldn't go wrong regardless of how it went.

The first thing you will notice is that there is no trigger in this version of the gun. You slide your controller into the gun and away you go. It can be awkward because you still have to press the buttons. And that is about all there is to it for customizing thus the one rating by me. It CAN be used by both lefties (cough cough) and righties alike which is nice. Use softpaws are usually left out of the controller market and it's nice to be included.

Even at $5 this product comes with a lifetime warranty. I'm not sure how durible it is since I haven't used it much. But if your favorite Wii games include shooters you should pick one up and give it a shot. If you don't like it it's $5 bucks waster, which isn't much for a controller these days.
