I have a young child so stained clothing is a common thing around my house. I got tired of seeing cute clothes ruined because of a stubborn spot so I went shopping. I decided to try Shout Ultra Gel. It claims to remove my "toughest stains." The top of the bottle has a brush which claims to help remove the stain.
It is very easy to use and the sooner you get treat the stain the better chance you have of removal. All you have to do is squeeze some gel onto the stain, use the brush to scrub it a bit, then let it sit for a few minutes. After that launder as usual. I must say this has gotten out 98% of the spots on my daughter's clothes. There have been a couple that it hasn't helped with but overall it has worked well.
I'd recommend giving Shout Ultra Gel a try if you're looking for a good stain remover. There is even an 800 phone number and website address on the back of the bottle you can use if you need advice on how to get those stubborn stains out.

I had some tougher (older) stains that Shout couldn't remove either.
This stuff has worked for me as well. I also like the small, compact bottle. When I was in college, I didn't have a lot of storage space, and used this instead of a large spray bottle of regular Shout.
This is INCREDIBLE!!!! I had a stack of blouses and tee shirts that were in the junk pile- for dirty jobs only or cut them up for rags cause they had set in stains galore. Some of these stains have been set in for a dozen or more wash cycles. I thought I would test Shout. Well, this stuff is inexpensive and absolutely amazing. Squeeze a bit on, brush it a bit, let it sit long enough to walk down 2 flights of stairs to the washer, put in it on COLD water (yeah, I know it says hot but I was testing!!). A quick ten minute wash, rinse and toss it in the dryer. EVERY stain but one came out. I am talking about 18 pieces of laundry. The one that did not completely come out was a stain that was about 6 inches by 6 inches in diameter. I had drawn straight across the stain, purposefully leaving the top and bottom of the area untouched by SHOUT. Well, it totally cleaned the part I put the SHOUT on, and part of the untouched area as well. This stuff is totally amazing and I will never go without having this in the house again. I may never have to throw cloths away again. uh-oh, that might be the down side, lol, I love to shop and I'm a cloths horse. Oh well, I'll just have to make more closet room.
