Show Your Team Loyalty

Since I was old enough to understand, sports have always been a part of my life. No, I'm not even remotely an athlete. I am a fan. My main interests are baseball, football and college basketball.
Like other fans, I have favorite teams and I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm with others. I collect sports items related to my favorite teams and players and my closet is filled with more team t-shirts than regular clothes.
The Boston Red Sox are one of my two favorite baseball teams. The New England Patriots is my favorite football team. I follow all their games as much as possible. Since I don't live in New Engand anymore, I don't get to see either team play in person unless they come to play in my state. So, I follow them on television and watch every game I possibly can.
While on vacation in New England, I stopped in a typical tourist trap, filled with souvenirs that we all tend to buy as a reminder of our travels. I purchased many different items all over New England, but these signs are two of my favorites. When I first saw the Red Sox sign, a big grin came over my face. It was so cute and nicely made. It's rustic and if I had to guess, I'd say it's probably hand painted. The wood is rustic, which I love and Red Sox team colors decorate the sign. I knew I had to have it.
While carrying this sign to show my husband, I discovered a similar sign for the New England Patriots. Another big grin! I snatched it up and proudly showed my husband, who liked them as much a I did.
Each sign is 9 1/2" x 3" and show up well on the large wall unit in my living room. They are rotated as the sports seasons change.I really enjoy seeing them and feel this is my 24/7 method of showing my support throughout each team's season.
