Shrek, the 2 diskcs DVD set was a very funny, family appropriate movie. The story line is set upone Ropunzel, a ficticious character whom is locked up in a tower awaiting her prince charming to come and save her. Shrek, whoes voice is played by Mike Meyers, is an ugly, terrifying oger that befriends Donkey, an obnoxious talking donkey whose voice is played by Eddie Murphy. Shrek, a loner at heart, realizes he will have to go on a quest to find Lord Farqaud's bride, Feona, in order to have his swamp all to himself once again in lonliness. Once he saves Feona, Shrek realizes the company of her and Donkey are nice, and soon he starts to have feelings for Feona as he notices she is in to much the same stuff he is in to, which he thinks is strange for a princess. Throught the movie Feona keeps a major secret from all, that she is much the same as Shrek than anyone could have ever believed. The movie is filled with satirical comments, with many well-known comedians. It is a family-filled fun adventure that all will want to watch over and over again.
