Shrek 2 on DVD is the sequel to the original Shrek movie, and features the same cast of characters, including Shrek (Mike Meyers), Fiona (Cameron Diaz), Donkey (Eddie Murphy), and newcomer to the cast, the adorable Puss In Boots (Antonio Banderas). In this movie, newlyweds Shrek and Fiona go to visit her parents, and she is going to introduce them to her new husband. I found this movie to be highly entertaining, and that it was almost as funny as the first. I did enjoy all of the jokes in the movie for the adults that are paying attention, but kids would like the movie too since it features all of the classic fairy tale characters. There were many interesting special features on the DVD, including Far Away Idol, which is a take off on American Idol, but features characters from the movie singing songs and the audience votes on their tv.
