Shrek Operation by Hasbro

Shrek Operations is a spin off of the original operation board game. Many of us played operation as children. My daughter is a huge Shrek fan and loves this game.

Like Operation, the objective is to remove certain parts from the patient using forceps. However, you cannot tough the edges of the holes where the organs/bones are placed or an alarm sounds. The concept is very simple.

From a childhood development standpoint, the honing of fine motor skills is what this game offers. It doesn't require much thinking to play. Language skills and problem solving skills aren't challenged, but I believe it's a good exercise for children whose motor skills are developing.

We've been very pleased with this game. It's a blast to play with your kids. We've enjoyed many laughs.
