Shu Uemura Basic Black Mascara

I have tried many mascaras to find just the right onem and for everyday use or when I want my lashes to look naturally long, I use this one. I have several concerns to consider such as will the mascara run or streak with I apply my undereye concealer, and I like really dark black mascara. Also, I am not that adept at application so it needs to be very non-clumpy. Nice thin coats that never clump but not a very dark black. If you have naturally dark lashes you might be disappointed in the color. However, lashes look naturally very long and lush.I have had the same one for about a year and it is still not clumpy. It is long lasting and does not flake off. I wish it was a bit darker, it is made from baked clay, which makes for a wonderful consistency but it is really a soft black. You can reapply without it looking too stiff.
