Silicone Cups Make Everything Come Out Easily By AmyBrantley on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I started using silicone bakeware around 3 years ago. My first purchase was a set of silicone baking cups that I used to the point that they started to fall apart. I then purchased a new set from Kaiser to replace my old set.

Kaiserflex Silicone Baking Cups are high quality and come in beautiful colors. A set of 6 costs around $10, which may seem high until you open the package. The silicone is very thick and seems like it will take longer to break down, which is an unfortunate side effect of silicone bakeware.

I have used these silicone baking cups for everything. But, one of my favorite uses is to pour fudge into them. Once cool, the silicone easily pulls away without sticking.

I love the cleanup, the fact that these cups stand up on their own, and the fact that they can be used in the oven, refrigerator, and freezer.

You'll love making chocolate cups, ice cream treats, and of course cupcakes in these colorful little cups.
