Reviewing: Silverstar Sylvania 9005 St Bp 8 Twin Silver Star High Performance Halogen Headlight Bulb
Purchased at: Http://Www.Amazon.Com     Price: $39.90 USD

My 1999 Lexus RX300's left headlight went out about a week ago preventing me from driving at night. Eventually I got frustrated and finally got some white light headlight bulbs. Compared to the yellow light my old ones provided, I have to say that the Silverstar halogen lights display a much clearer, brighter, and more shiney light.

I've only driven my car no more than 10 times since the replacement, but they seemed to be working pretty well. Considering I live in an area where it does get pretty foggy at night often times, the white lights work better than the yellow ones. Driving around at completely dark areas is a problem no more. And of course, these are much brighter than my stock headlight bulbs that came with the car over 8 years ago.

Headlights generally last a long time, and if you're looking to replace the old, yellow lightbulbs, go with Silverstar's white halogen headlights. Because I generally like my lights to be much brighter than normal, I now wish I had gone with the Ultra bright ones. However, these are still effective and worth the price.

Thanks for sharing. I've been wanting to try these out on my car, but I never knew anyone who had them. I'm glad to hear that they work well.

I find it hard to deal with these in oncoming cars, however. They are very bright, even on low beam.
