Simcoe Collection Electric Fireplace

We were given this Electric Fireplace as a gift, which we haven't really used much, so i will update as it becomes part of our home. I do think the electic cost will be high, but we will give it a try. Maybe use only on those special cold nights.
The fireplace mantel has an espresso finish with traditional styling. It measures 37.4"H x44.3"W x 12.8"D, and is very realistic looking.With a 25" widescreen firebox and a realistic wood burning flame, it can heat up to 300sq ft. It also has a firebox touchpad remote control and a fixed tempered glass front. The sleek stying makes for a desirable piece for your room. It does have aweight of75 lbs, and once placed you may not want to move it. The fireplace also comes with a 1 year in home warrantee, for parts and labor.
It does seem to be a nice addition to our room, and i do hope we get use from it.
One day we will be getting one of these too. In Florida, not many homes come with a fireplace.

I have a white fireplace similar to this. We bought it for our Coffeehouse, and when we closed the business, we kept it because we loved it so much. Ours is very realistic. It even fooled the fire inspector! LOL!
