Simmons Radiator Stop Leak - WASTE OF TIME

Reviewing: Simmons Radiator Stop Leak

Ok, well to cut things short, my mums car has recently had a few issues with her radiator, and one night she came home from work with a bottle of this radiator stop leak, which cost her a crazy $129.99. I was shocked, normally at around the price of $5 - $15, my mum had bought a product that unknown to most consumers is a temp fix, and not worth the time, effort, nor the amount of money Supercheap were asking.

The product said it was simple to apply, where the whole bottle should be added to the radiator, warmed up, and then cooled down, letting the product fill into any holes and small cracks. Luckily i took the product and replaced it with a new radiaot at a price of $40.

Moral of the story, DO NOT buy temp fixes with cars, they are simple not worth it people.
And lasting barely 10,000km so the bottle told me, it was one expensive quick fix.

You definitely can't cheap out on your radiator! If it overheats you could lose your whole engine. Its a good thing you intervened.
