I've been wearing this style bra for the past seven years. It meets all my everyday and sport needs.
I seem to be allergic to polyester, so I have to look for a sport bra that is all cotton. This one is 95% cotton and 5% spandex, but the spandex is all encased in the cotton bottom band, so only cotton touches my skin. I've been very happy with this basic bra, and its reasonable price, over the years.
Since I wear a smaller size, this bra also provides all the support that I need for sports, even though it is rated low impact. I suspect that in the larger sizes its single layer of fabric doesn't support well enough for various sports.
Like any sport bra you slip it over your head. There is a t-strap in the middle of the back. One nice feature of this bra is that there is no label to make you itch. The fabric and care information is printed on the fabric.
It seems to be of average durability. The bottom elastic actually lasts as long as the rest of the garment retains its shape.
It comes in sizes from S (32) to 5XL (46), but most stores don't carry S or sizes above XXL. It also comes in gray and black in addition to white, but these are also hard to find.
Machine wash cold, tumble dry on low.

I think i am too busty also for this as a sports bra, but I've recently had bypass surgery due to a birth defect and during my recoup (while I'm shopping and playing on the computer), this sounds like a great bra to use post-op. If you get one that is too restrictive (aka high compression), it really hurts more than it helps. This one seems as if it will keep the incision from being strained while not killing you with the compression while everything is still so horribly sore. Thanks, I'll look for one online.

I too prefer cotton, rather to say pure cotton, for my inner wears. They are very comfortable and protects the skin as well. Moreover, during summer, you know how they help keeping cool. I think I would love using this. Well reviewed.
