Nutrilite Simply bars are high in omega, no trans fat or cholesterol and low in sodium. At 170 calories, 5g total fat and 3g protein, these bars are nutritious, and filling. I was amazed at the taste. The flavor was intense chocolate. This bar had no after-taste, and did not chew like cardboard. I received this due to the health benefits of omega rich content of 300 grams. I will definately put this on my list of bars to buy, much better for me than Slimfast or Special K bars. I also had my daughter try it, she is not a huge chocolate fan, but she loved it also. These would be great pick me up's in the middle of the day, or just when I'm having a chocolate craving. The bar it's self it about 1.5 ounces, and is just enough to fill you up. Completely satisfied with this product.
