Sketchers Shape Ups

I bought the Shape Ups after going online and reading serveral good reviews. I thought the price was okay, they cost just as much as any other pair of tennis shoes. They take some getting used to when you first put them on. I thought and still think that they are ugly as can be but i wanted to "tighten" my legs. When walking they do make your posture much better, you can't help but stand up straight. I feel the Shape Ups more in my abs than in my legs. I have a high arch, and these shoes are great for it. I think they are very comfortable but lacking style. I don't see a difference in my legs or my body for that matter. I do not think they are worth the money if your going to buy them to "see a difference".When they say you dont have to go to the gym to get a good workout, i believe it is false. You can walk in these but other than that you are out of luck. I cannot fast walk in these at all. I would recommend these to any one who has not been able to find a comfortable pair of tennis shoes but they will not give you great legs.
