Skin Cleanser That Leaves You Dirty By karlawmcdonald on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I am always buying different skin cleansers due to my son has problematic skin. Bless his heart he is 15 and cannot seem to clear his skin. One day while in Walgreen's they had their version of Cataphil on sale so I purchased two bottles, they are 16 ounce bottles for only $3.00, good deal..I thought. I tried this myself and not only did it feel awful on my face as I was washing but when I rinsed it my skin felt oily and dirty. It literally felt like I had taken Crisco and smeared it on my face, I was so disappointed! Normally anything I buy that is the Walgreen's brand has been excellent, but this one fell terribly short. The bottle design was convent but that was it as far as the pros to this product. I asked my son his impression of it the next morning and he asked me if I wanted his bottle, he said he felt like he was dirty after using it. I am not sure what went wrong, but it did in a bad way.

I hope you took them back to the store. It might have needed to be mixed up more before using. I'm not that familar with the product but I would have taken them both back for a refund. V:)
