Skype Messenger

Skype messenger can be used like any messenger, but it has many other uses too. You can video conference as well have an audio conference. Though, skype only allows for one-on-one video conferencing, it does allow you to chat using microphones with many people.

Sometimes the Skype Messenger can be frustrating. It drops calls, pulls you out of conferences, and disconnects for no reason. There have even been instances when people can't see chatrooms that they would have been able to see before so you would have to create a new one.

A positive thing would be that you just have to create a chatroom once. Then, people can log on and off and still go to the chatroom no problem.It's a lot easier than being on msn or aim.

Skype also comes with a handful of smilies, though you cannot choose to get other smilies. I am a big smilie person, so I hate to be limited when it comes to smilies. But they are cute, anyway.
