Like I always write in my reviews about how I cannot take medications orally just like that because I have allergies; this sticky white sheet full of mentholated and soothing effect is one of the alternatives I have in alleviating my muscle pains or even any common headaches, migraine, bruises and arthritis.

This small sheet is good for the relief of aches, pains, inflammations associated with muscle fatigue, muscle pain, stiff shoulder, backache, bruises, sparins, strains, arthritis, bone fracture, minor frostbite and even for headaches like I always have.

It is a mentholated patch which eases all the above discomfort any aging person (like I am...LOL!) feels. It is also good for children although adult supervision must be observed in applying this to sensitive children's skin. I normally apply this on my daughter's wrists when she plays too much of the console games.

the menthol effect is effective that one patch's effect will last for 6-8 hours. So there is no need to re-apply again.

The box contains 20 small patches which you can also cut if you just need to put it on your forehead or just to cover small areas.

Active ingredients of this patch is methyl salicylate, I-menthol, Tocopherol Acetate, dl-Camphor.
