I hate breakfast. I love these shakes. Since health experts always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I knew I had to change my anti-breakfast mentality. I started drinking these in the mornings instead of eating breakfast because they claim to give you the nutrients of breakfast, AND keep you full for 4 hours. I totally agree. It tasted just like chocolate milk, but had way less calories! I drank it at about 8am, and true to the label, wasn't hungry again until about noontime. The powder is a little tough to mix with the milk...I use a wisk to get the powder to mix in easier. Overall no real complaints about this product. I haven't tried the other flavors (vanilla and strawberry), but if you like chocolate milk and are looking for a delicious appetite suppresant, give this a try!
