I bought Slim in 6 after a friend of mine literally lost 100 pounds using this instructional system consistentenly. I figured well she did, I can do it!
In the Slim in 6 total package you receive:

I am a novice when it comes to working out, so I could really only do about 20 minutes and I was exhausted! If you stuck with this program daily then you really could loose weight and become healthier. The instructional guides includes information for their suggestions on loosing weight and how to do it. It also gives you suggestions like taking pictures, measuring and motivational tips.
I think this program can do wonders, you just need to be motivated!

I think motivation is the key in any program. This sounds like a good one, I like the online support part.
100 pounds!! Kudos to her!! When I get finished with cardio rehab, I will check this out. I need something I can do to maintain my strength.
