I love this eye shadow palette, it is so cute. The custom artist eye shadow brush it comes with makes it so easy to apply this eye shadow and is nice and soft. The palette comes with 10 different colors in various shades of blue, purple, brown and tans. There is also a decent sized mirror inside this handy palette on the lid. Most of these shadows are even appropriate for daywear because a lot of them are pretty sheer. The texture is definitely lighter and very soft, only a little powdery. These colors look good on their own, as well as blended or layered. You can go from a natural look to a dramatic one very easily. I do reccomend that you put on a primer berforehand, or the shadow will most likely crease. All of the colors are very pretty looking. There are five light colors and 5 darker colors. There is a slight shimmer to the shadow but definitely no giltter or shine. This is definitely a great deal if these are the types of colors you are looking for, seeing as you get 10 different decently sized eye shadows for only 48 dollars. Even now smashbox has this palette on sale for 24 dollars.
