I bought this Cook Top Cleaning Cream For Smooth Top Ranges at the same time I bought our new range. I had already been told some horror stories about the smooth top ranges and their clean up so I wanted to be prepared. Well it turns out the range isn't that hard to clean I just use normal glass cleaner most of the time, but this does help for an occasional heavy duty cleaning and polishing. The cream is very slightly gritty like a polishing compound but it does not dry on the surface before wiping. This is a very good product for the price, better than I thought I kind of assumed that it was one of those things you get told that you need but don't really. I was very pleased and would recommend this product to anyone with a smooth top range. A great cleaner and a decent price, although I have never seen this anywhere else, I am sure it is available more readily in most places.
