Soft And Precious Nursery Jelly By Cupie on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I first bought this petroleum jelly at a drugstore in 2005 and I've been in love with it ever since. I bought my second tub last year and it's as still good as the first one.

The fragrance is baby powder. I like it because it's sweet and sugary smelling, but it is kinda strong. I still use it though. It might not be good for people with fragrance allergies as it might cause a reaction.

It smoothes and softens my skin very well, I use it every time I take a shower. It's greasy, so wash your hands after using it, but you will smell good.

The ingredients are white petrolatum USP and fragrance. The white petrolatum USP is a skin protectant, although I think it's artificial as it's from crude oil.

This jelly is very moisturizing; it leaves my skin soft and smooth and I've never had a cracked heel with it. But it's thick which I don't like, but it's a good thing. If you don't like thick body products don't buy this, instead opt for a cream.

I do like this nursery jelly as you can use it on babies after diaper changes or as a body moisturizer, thus making it versatile. But it's thick and the fragrance is strong, so only use it if you don't have fragrance allergies.
