Solar Oil is a product designed for making and keeping your cuticles soft and healthy. It is, as the name suggests, an oil based product. It comes in a nail polish type botthe, with an applicator brush. You can use it as often as you like. Using the fingernail polish type applicator brush, you apply the oil to your nail beds, and can either rub it in or let it soak in.

It has a very nice coconut-ish fragrance, and does keep your cuticles from becoming dry and cracked with regular use. One small botle can last months (depending on how frequently you use it).

I have found it at local Sally's Beauty Supply stores, but obtained mine at a hair and nail salon I frequent.

While it is easy to apply, you do need to wait a few minutes after putting it on before you will want to use your hands to do anything (like getting dressed, doing your hair or make up, etc, as the oil does take a short time to absorb, and you don't want to get oils all over your clothes and hair.

Solar oil is great to use after your nail polish is dry, or for everyday maintenance of your nail beds!
