Something's Gotta Give By Mary on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
This is a DVD movie starring Jack Nicholson as Harry Sanborn and Diane Keaton as Erica Barry. It received great reviews and Diane Keaton won the Best Actress Award. The link for this movie can be found on WWW.SonyPictures.com. Columbia Pictures and Warner Bros.Pictures presents this movie. It is in color and is approximately 128 minutes long. It is mastered in High Definition by Dolby Digital. This movie mainly takes place in the Hamptons in New York where Erica Barry lives. Harry Sanborn acts like a macho man and is in hot pursuit of Marin, Erica's daughter played by Amanda Peat. While at the Hampton Beach house, Harry developes chest pains. This was to have been a romantic get together between Marin and Harry. It is obvious that Harry is too old for Marin. I think of it as a May-December romance. Eventually Harry becomes infatuated with Erica who is more his age. The movie continues with a couple of false alarms with heart problems. I personally would not care to see this movie again. The storyline was a bit of a stretch for me. The acting was good but I don't like to see movies that focus on heart problems. The sound quality of this DVD was good and the color was very clear and bright.
