Sonic Megacolleciton On Ps2 By schimj on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

The Sonic Megacollection for the Playstation 2 gaming system is a collection of all of the classic games form the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, originally released on the Sega Genesis. It also includes the games made for the Sega Gamegear, the handheld answer to Nintendo's Gameboy. I think that this was a really welcome change of pace to the average games geared towards kids these days. I like that now the younger generation is able to play the games that their parents, or at the very least older siblings or cousins played when they were young. I liked the fact that it had all of the Sonic games in one disk, and there were also some unlockable games that are unlocked by beating some of the games that are on the disk. The controls were very easy to get used to again, even after such a lapse in playing the games.
