Sonic Rush Adventure is the long-awaited sequel to the smash hit Nintendo DS title Sonic Rush. Sonic and Tails have crashed on a deserted island...or so they think. Eventually they run into Marine the raccoon, a loudmouthed adventurer girl who wants nothing more than...well, to go on an adventure. After a chance encounter with a group of evil robot pirates, the adventure begins!

If you've played the original Sonic Rush, you know what to expect here: high speed action through seven action-packed levels. While the original game didn't do much in the way of touch screen action, this game rectifies that, and how. No more simply going straight from one level to another. Now, you have to utilize various watercraft to get from level to level, including a jet ski, sailboat, and submarine. Each trip on these vehicles is a great minigame involving the DS touch screen.

Simply put, if you were a fan of the original Sonic Rush, this is more of the same amazing gameplay, plus plenty more fun searching around for stuff in between blasting through the levels. This game is easily the best since the original game, and easily surpasses it. In fact, it may very well be one of the best Sonic games of all time. Simply put, it's a rush!
