SONY 5 DVD player
By Olin Froid onThis Sony 5 disc DVD player is from Best Buy and offers a lot of choices for a DVD player. It gets quite a bit of use in our house playing DVD's-usually of the Disney variety.
This player will play standard DVD's, CD's, MP3 CD's and burned CD/DVD'S. I have no complaints at all about its ability to play discs of any type-it has been an entertainment hub for our entire family.
I only have one complaint about the player overall, I wish the remote was a little easier to use. I have no problems myself, but my wife and little ones struggle with proper use of the remote. It has all the features I would want, but it is a bit complicated to use at times for them.
Overall, if you are looking for a midrange priced multi-DVD/CD player, this is the one for you. Sony has been know for making good product, and this is no exception to that rule.

Who said the kids get the remote anyways? LOL...just kidding you know. This is a great product. I really like Sony. I do own a bunch of Sony products and I would highly recommend buying this one :)
I love Sony as well. There are so many of these players on the market it is like a blur but it's good to have a first hand experience of one. I hate complicated remotes too so I can completely understand their struggles!
I love Sony products. I think they have the best quality made electronics around. This one sounds like a winner too!
Good info for those of us in the market for a portable dvd player. These are so great for kids so Mom and Dad can watch what they want to watch, too.
Sony has great products and this one sounds like it is great just like all the rest. The complicated remote I believe is an issue with any brand now days.
We have been shopping for a DVD player. This sounds like one we will consider.

I knew they made multi-disc CD players but I had no idea they made it for DVD players as well! What a great way to entertain the little ones with a couple movies back to back without having to change the DVD each time. :o) Sorry to hear the remote isn't the best, that's why I always recommend a Universal one!
