Having this cam for a while, I have used it for just about everything. Outdoor shots, indoor, concert pics, family events. Its a good all round camera for all. Easy to use, very lightweight, and takes good pics. Only drawbacks being the flash is not that great, meaning that during concert pics they turn out very washed out, or dark, no in between, and no matter what setting you have anything set on. The memory sticks are kinda expensive, and don't hold much. The video option on this is not that great either, and doesn't take good audio. Playback on the video is also very very dark, especially on PCs. All in all though its a good camera for recreational use, and for keeping memories. Very much a step up from any 35 MM camera.
